"All students accused of a violation of the Student Code of Conduct go through a student conduct process," Leon wrote. The school has a Student Code of Conduct that stipulates expected behavior among students, she said, including respect for others. Xavier is looking into this issue, Kelly Leon, XU’s director of strategic communications, confirmed in an email. "Many of our students, of all races, are in pain over this," he wrote. In an email sent to students before noon Tuesday, Graham wrote many Xavier students are in pain over the images. One image sent to WCPO shows a young woman in blackface.
